About Gareth

I’ve been obsessed with strategy, design and innovation my entire career. In 2007, I started working in sales, then recruitment and even a brief stint in construction before moving into OHS. A little bit of bouncing between jobs and industries - wouldn’t change a thing. My first two years leading a department we reduced premiums over 40%. During this time, OneEighty (award finalist) launched, it's an engagement based safety and wellness program. In 2016, Recover@Work (award finalist and SafeWork NSW award winning) launched. It's a commercial and engagement focused Return to Work program that supported over 6,000 Team Members. The mission is to ensure the best health outcome every time. We support Team Members across the globe: Australia, New Zealand, China, South Africa and America. Along the way, I’ve continued to work part time in graphic design, brand development and marketing.
